books for us. Sometime

this weekend, ask your

child about an idea they

may have for the book.

If they are do not have any ideas, perhaps suggest some

to them. When the books are completed they will be

judged. The top five authors will have pizza lunch with

the teachers and receive other rewards. The books will be

sent home after Grandparents’ Day since the students

always are proud to share the books with their

Grandparents.

worship with your special child.

Our 100 Days Journals

will be completed, and

we are going to do a

few special activities

with 100. There is a

gallon freezer bag

attached. Please put

100 of the same object

in the bag (ex. 100

buttons, 100

marshmallows, etc.).

Our class will compare

sizes, weight, and

shapes of 100 items.

Each child will share

what they brought.

Please mark the bag

with your child’s name.

The children will bring

everything home that

day. Please return the

filled bag to school
