SPRING FLING

Thanks to all of our Spring Fling volunteers.

The 4th - 8th graders had a blast this week participating in a wide variety of activities.

They made blankets, dog biscuits, pizzas, smoothies, donuts, quesadillas, Easter chocolates, balloon animals, hats, flip books, bracelets, and projects out of wood.

They participated in tea parties, square dancing, ballroom dancing, face painting, board games, and experiments with Mentos and Diet Coke.  Some students learned how to keep score for basketball games, and some took pictures of the whole thing!  Students' photo's will be put on the website in the near future.

I am very excited about the 2009-10 school year
and want to thank you for letting me share in a
small chapter of your child's life.

The pre-kindergarten curriculum is developed and
based on the Early Childhood State Standards.
Through music, finger plays, structured daily
centers and many other activities, your child will
learn to grasp the concepts needed to prepare them
for kindergarten.

I want each child to understand the uncondtional

love of Jesus Chrsit and learn to share that love

with others in all of our daily activities.

I want each child to understand that God

has made them special and unique.
